I love supporting high-performing individuals to break their own glass ceilings or create their own path. Through one-to-one coaching, I work with ambitious top-performers who are as serious about their career as they are about their personal goals – often the two are unified by their ‘why’. Diversity of voice, experience, and opinion across all levels of your organisation is key to your success and, importantly, at the most senior table. With experience at Board level, supporting and advising multiple stakeholders, I tailor support to the needs of the superstars in your team in order to reach goals they didn’t know were possible, drive business outcomes and success.
Supporting a flourishing People team that is empowered and capable of addressing your most pressing People needs should not be underestimated. If your People team are feeling the weight of their roles, I want to support them to find their way back to what’s important - putting the ‘human’ back in HR. If you’re unsure of the state of your current People team or not sure whether or not they’re delivering what needs to be delivered, I will partner with you to understand the needs of your business aligned to the structure of your team versus future state. Having been in People roles for over 20 years, I believe that a healthy, driven, competent People team will motivate, drive and care for your team, which is your business.

I believe (with fervour!) that HR is not an ‘administrative function’ that should be seen and not heard. HR is not here to hire and fire; to police staff; or to spew out policies that are impractical and won’t ever be read. True HR and People practices are at the very core of what makes businesses succeed. The stronger your HR and People teams, the better prepared you’ll be to face the many challenges when growing a business.
When this relates to culture, I will support you to codify what is important to your culture, and therefore your brand - especially as you scale, because I know that a strong culture encourages an environment where people – and therefore your business – will flourish, and, most importantly, drive your culture forward – and pass the baton to those still to come.
