I love people. And I love the space where people and business collide. I am driven by people achieving extraordinary things both in their careers and also what this means for their business or the business they work for. We can do amazing things when we team. When we put each other ahead of self. When we plan and implement in order to drive the change that’s needed. When we feel the fear and do it anyway.

Born and bred in Cape Town, I spent over 10 years in London before moving to Spain with my husband and two boys (and our two furry children). I have worked in People roles and leadership for almost two decades, in various industries and size companies, having found my ‘space’ in rapidly scaling founder-led businesses. As an industry award winner, I’ve worked with and led teams across South Africa, England, India, and the US. My roles have always been multi-dimensional, fast-paced, and both strategic and hands-on in nature.

I’ve had the incredible blessing of being mentored by remarkable HR leaders, so much so that they encouraged me to become a Coach and to step out into the work of entrepreneurship. I am grateful to say that I love what I do, and it’s my pleasure to get to share that with others. It would be my privilege to be able to share that with you, too.
